ETPBC was formed by Matt Mckenzie, Chris Beitz and Marshall Reeves in 2005 as a way to bring more boaters together in order to further enjoy the waterways of East Tennessee and the surrounding areas. The goal was to find ways to bring people of all backgrounds together to further enhance the enjoyment of our sport and pastime. Our hope was to form a loose organization of friends, not a strict association. The dues charged are minimal compared to other clubs and support the cost of the club and it’s functions 100%. We are not here to make a profit.
